Alperin Group places great importance on providing equal and accessible service to all visitors to its website, including people with disabilities. We work to make the website accessible in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 5773-2013, and the guidelines of Israeli Standard 5568 (IS 5568), the Israeli standard based on the international WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines at level AA.

1. Accessibility status of the website

The website has been adapted for accessibility using a dedicated accessibility component (Accessibility Widget) based on Elementor's accessibility plugin, which allows users to adjust the display of the website to their personal needs. We make reasonable efforts to make the website accessible at level AA according to IS 5568, and we carry out ongoing checks and improvements. However, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible, among other reasons due to ongoing content updates, dynamic components, or technical limitations of the building platform.

2. Accessibility features available on the website

Using the accessibility toolbar displayed on the website (in the corner of the screen), you can make the following adjustments:

Text: increase the text size; increase the line height (spacing between lines); change the reading font to a more accessible and clearer font; and align the text (right/left/center).

Visual display: enable high-contrast mode; change color saturation (grayscale) for users with color blindness; pause animations and moving effects on the website for users who are sensitive to motion; and hide images for users who prefer a text-only display.

Navigation and orientation: reading mask mode (Reading Guide) to help follow the line being read; highlight links on the website for easier identification; page structure view (navigation by headings and main areas); and a clear focus outline (Focus Outline) for keyboard navigation.

In addition, the website was designed to be compatible, as far as possible, with keyboard-only use (without a mouse) and with common screen readers.

3. Browser and assistive technology compatibility

The website has been tested and adapted to work in the most common browsers in their latest versions: Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox, on both desktop and mobile devices. We recommend using an up-to-date browser for the best accessible browsing experience.

4. Physical accessibility

Alperin Group operates mainly online and through phone calls, WhatsApp and remote communication, and does not have a branch open to the public in Israel. If an in-person meeting is required, you can contact us in advance to coordinate and to review individual accessibility accommodations where possible.

5. Inquiries, issues and suggestions regarding accessibility

Despite our efforts to make all pages of the website accessible, you may find parts of the website that are not yet fully accessible, or you may experience difficulty using them. We welcome inquiries on this matter so that we can continuously improve the accessibility of the website.
